Who We Are:
Dongguan Yasi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is an industrial enterprise integrating design, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service. Since its establishment in 2006, the company has taken technological innovation as its foundation, driven development by standardization, automation, intelligence and serialization, and kept upgrading its products iteratively to meet customers’ practical application demands. We help enterprises realize technological upgrading, efficiency improvement and revenue growth, and achieve win-win cooperation with all partners.
Hongli (Tangshan) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under Yasi Machinery, was founded in 2017. Rooted in North China, it is dedicated to delivering more convenient services for customers in northern regions.
The company independently develops and manufactures more than 50 types of products, categorized as follows:
Paperback Book Equipment: Model B13 high-speed perfect binding production line, perfect binder, collator, three-knife trimmer, duplex slitter, etc.
Hardcover Book Equipment: Collating & sewing linkage line, fully automatic book sewing machine, hardcover book block gluing & forming linkage line, collator, tip-on machine, ribbon inserting machine, back lining machine, board opening machine, numerical control spine strip forming machine, spine rounding machine, folding machine, case making machine, rounding & backing machine, hardcover book complete production line, etc.
Digital Series: Digital folding, collating & sewing integrated equipment, etc.
The company holds over 20 national patents (including multiple invention patents, representative patent numbers: ZL201410438486.7; ZL201810909087.2; ZL202111405743.3; ZL202410709950.5). It was awarded the title of Dongguan Private Science and Technology Enterprise in 2012, named one of the Top 10 Outstanding Post-press Enterprise Brands at the "Win-Share China" Awards in 2015, and has been consecutively certified as a National High-tech Enterprise since 2016. Its products obtained CE certification in 2018, and the company was honored as an Outstanding Enterprise of Shipai Town, Dongguan in 2019. We have also passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.
