Automatic book splitting and line cutting: automatic book splitting hook and line cutting device can cut the line accurately without pulling the line (cut the excess line to about 10mm for easy gluing), no matter how many book postings the book consists of, the book splitter can separate them one by one according to the setting to avoid the spine of the book being pulled through.
Flat lock and cross-lock: Adopting fine ultra-short needle (¢1.6mm) and close stitch (19mm) to lock the thread to make the product more flat and not easy to leak the glue, which ensures the high quality locking effect. The thread locking device consists of cam-type equipment unit, which not only reduces the noise but also prolongs the service life of the cams; according to the needs, you can choose flat lock or cross lock.
On-demand lubrication: centralized oil supply lubrication system, oil pressure can be insufficient to alarm, equipped with timed quantitative lubrication device, boot state, through the lubrication pipeline so that need to be lubricated points to get timed quantitative lubricant.
