AUSCP SX220/43 Computer Program-Controlled Fully Automatic Sewing Machine
As the core equipment for hardcover bookbinding, it is suitable for sewing signatures of books, picture albums, hardcover notebooks, etc. Equipped with a computer program control system, it can store 20 production programs, making order changeover and debugging convenient; the maximum speed is 220 signatures/minute, with precise sewing positioning, firm binding, and flat and crisp finished books. The whole machine has a stable structure and is equipped with intelligent fault alarms; it automatically stops for missing signatures, jammed signatures, and thread breakage, reducing waste loss; three sets of cam boxes ensure the operating precision of the equipment, with low maintenance costs. It is the preferred sewing equipment for large-batch production of high-end books.
